Tom has lived on Martha’s Vineyard for over 20 years and has worked as a property caretaker, exclusively for owners of luxury homes in Edgartown. This work experience has given Tom an intimate knowledge of this unique market. In addition to taking care of clients' properties, he is active in real estate and founded the O'Hanlon Group with his wife in 2019.
Since every caretaking client has different needs, Tom tailors his services to create an experience that is unique to each client. In addition to coordinating all aspects of opening and closing your home for the season, he often schedules contractors and vendors. Other services available are arranging for your car to be at the airport when you arrive, grocery delivery prior to arrival, vehicle inspections and a myriad of other concierge level details.
Tom has spent years cultivating relationships with Island vendors and is able to assist clients with contracting for services that often take months to attain.
He lives in Edgartown with his wife and daughter. When not working, Tom enjoys boating, fishing, skiing and spending time with his family.
